In the past week, as a class we were told to write two kinds of emails, one example of a good email and one example of a bad email. So without further a do, here they are:
Good Email:
Hello Professor Walts,
This is Michelle Glinkowski from your College Writing 2 class. I'm sorry for missing class last Friday, I had a family emergency that I needed to attend to. If it is possible, I would like make an appointment to meet with you to discuss my assignment. I was hoping you could provide me with more information in regards to our homework.
